Tutorial for making a chocolate cake
The ingredients we need to make a chocolate cake are : 200 g chocolate , 5 eggs , 250 g cream cheese and sugar ( optional ). The first thing to do is melt 200 grams of chocolate for about two minutes in the microwave . Then we have to separate 5 large eggs into whites and yolks , putting the whites in one container and the yolks in another . Then we will beat the whites with an electric mixer for five minutes or so . Then , you have to beat the yolks container and add 250 grams of cream cheese and mix it . We can also add a little sugar , but it ' s optional . When we have mixed it , pour the melted chocolate and beat it until a homogeneous mixture is left . Afterwards , we have to add the egg whites container to the mixture with the help of a baking tongue . Finally , we pass the mixture into a mold and put it in the oven for 45 minutes at ...
