Tutorial for making a chocolate cake
The ingredients we need to make a chocolate cake are: 200 g chocolate, 5 eggs, 250 g cream cheese and sugar (optional).
The first thing to do is melt 200 grams of chocolate for about two minutes in the microwave.
Then we have to separate 5 large eggs into whites and yolks, putting the whites in one container and the yolks in another.
Then we will beat the whites with an electric mixer for five minutes or so.
Then, you have to beat the yolks container and add 250 grams of cream cheese and mix it. We can also add a little sugar, but it's optional.
When we have mixed it, pour the melted chocolate and beat it until a homogeneous mixture is left.
Afterwards, we have to add the egg whites container to the mixture with the help of a baking tongue.
Finally, we pass the mixture into a mold and put it in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius. When the 45 minutes have passed we let the cake rest for 1 hour and the chocolate cake would be ready. Although you can also decorate it with grated chocolate on top.
